The Cleveland Torso Killer, also known as the Mad Butcher of Kingsbury Run, was an unidentified serial killer who operated in Cleveland, Ohio, during the 1930s.

The killer's modus operandi involved dismembering the bodies of their victims, leaving only torsos behind, which were often found in the Kingsbury Run area.

The Cleveland Torso Killer's victims were primarily drifters and marginalized individuals, making it difficult for authorities to identify and apprehend the perpetrator.

The exact number of victims attributed to the Torso Killer remains uncertain, but estimates range from 12 to 20 victims. The case remains one of the most notorious unsolved serial killer mysteries in American history, as the killer was never caught or identified, and the murders ceased in the mid-1930s.

Despite extensive investigations and numerous suspects, the true identity of the Cleveland Torso Killer remains a mystery to this day.
